This course is designed to provide a basic overview of the Internet, Intranet, and WWW.  The content includes operating systems; basic HTML commands; navigation of the Internet, Intranet, and Web; and Web page design. This year in Web Design you will learn to code HTML and CSS along with learning to use Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Setup Your Web Hosting Account

Go to 000webhost.com and up your account.
Click sign up.
You do not have a domain so choose the free subdomain (recommended)
Use wdXlastname (X IS YOUR PERIOD) 
PASSWORD: wdXstudentnumber (X IS YOUR PERIOD) 
Now all your account information will show on the right
Copy down the following for class and put it in your notes:

Domain:
Username:
IP Address:
Also write down your password

Check to see if your Web site is live. Click your site's domain and it should look like this. Click here to see a picture of a live site message.

Submit the Student URL Form under Quick Links with your information
